Our Policies
How we communicate with you.
NutriFlo MedSpa & IV Lounge may use your email address and your cell phone number to communicate with you. We may email and/or text reminders about upcoming appointments or notifications of events or special offers.
In return, you may text us with questions, concerns, or even text a picture of your treatment area. This text should not be used for emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, please call 911. Our text number is: 954-697-4408.
Financial Policies
Flexible Payment Options: We accept cash and all major credit cards. Any aesthetic procedures will include a $100 consultation fee which goes towards same day procedures and $100 deposit due at time of setting appointment. All deposits on future procedures are non-refundable. However, a credit will be issued towards any procedure or product. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations: We reserve a space in our schedule specifically for you. If you do not show for your appointment and do not notify us, or if you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will be responsible for a non-attendance fee of $100.
Prepaid services: Must be used within 1 year of purchase. All prepaid package are non-refundable. Any remaining balance can be used towards other services however, any services already received will be repriced without the package discount.
Promotions: Unless specifically stated, our promotions and/or special pricing may not be combined with other promotional offers. Please present any promotions/special pricing at the time of service; price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services.
Quoted Prices: We will honor the pricing on a quote through the expiration date on that quote. Otherwise, our prices are subject to change at any time.
Refunds: Unopened product may be returned within 7 days of purchase to the items below. Opened product causing an allergic reaction may be exchanged. A Gift Card may be provided in place of a cash or credit refund.
